We are looking for Pilates instructors in Kharkiv and Sofia. Private and duet sessions, fully equipped studios, and a team that keeps studying together.
Applications take about five minutes. You will be asked to take a class with us before an audition.
Why IK
Sessions are private or duet and individualised to the client's physique. No packed group room, no counting reps at the back of a hall — you work with a body and adjust as it changes.
Reformer, Cadillac and Tower, Chair and Barrels in every studio. If you are mat-qualified and want to grow onto apparatus, that path is open here.
Workshops, in-house sessions and outside courses — we ask you to keep learning and we make room for it. Pre- and postnatal training is supported for instructors who want it.
Our appointment-only slots fill with the same faces week after week. You build a practice with people you know, and you see what your work does over months rather than one session.
What we look for
A recognised Pilates qualification from an accredited school is the baseline. Beyond the certificate, four things tell us you will fit here.
Precision
You know why a neutral spine matters and you can see when it is lost. Your cues are specific, not decorative.
Presence
Fifty minutes of undivided attention. The client should leave feeling seen, not processed.
Curiosity
You are still a student. You ask, you read, you take the workshop — and you change your teaching when the evidence says so.
Care
Injuries, pregnancy, an off day — you adapt without judgement, and you know when to refer out.
Open roles
Private and duet sessions across the full apparatus range. You will need a recognised comprehensive qualification — mat alone is not enough for this role — and confidence adapting a session to the body in front of you.
